Here’s something different for you to do over the festive season!

The festive season is known for gluttony…

Too much turkey, fruit mince pies, seafood, wine, beer, sugar drinks the list goes on and on, I should have just said too much eating and drinking!

It is probably the only time all year that we have the chance to relax, unwind, sleep and recover from what has been a hectic year…

So with that in mind, I have a list of things that you can consider doing and if you find that you actually like one, keep it up in 2016!

Here we go…

Exercise – a gentle walk daily for 15-30 minutes and then when you feel good about it, lift the intensity or duration.

Play a sport – exercise and have fun, swimming, kayaking, diving, fishing, cricket, soccer, aerobics…

Partner and kids – ask them what they would like to do!


When we start to mediate we become more aware of our self and our surroundings. This new found awareness is the core of all the change that will start to take place.

Meditation helps with anything you want to change in your life or create, as it is the focused energy on what you want to see happening in your life and releasing the wasted time spent on focusing on what is holding you back. Learning to let go of what is holding us back and move forward and creating our life.


Meditation changes us on a genetic level which fosters the change and expansion we want. The deep relaxation experienced through meditation is what creates the change on a cellular level. The relaxation created from meditation allows the body to relax and the tension in the muscles melt away and the niggling worries subside and eventually disappear.


Meditation also allows us to create more disease fighting genes and stronger immunity. This creates a very positive cycle as we get stronger our body is less likely to breakdown and becomes stronger as a result of not having to use energy healing and builds up the immune system even more and creates a healthy environment in the body.


We become Less reactive to stressful situations, another positive cycle through which we become emotionally stronger, knowing this too shall pass helps us not get dragged down by difficult times but up lifted knowing it will be a life lesson and the more open we are to learning the easier the process.


Creating a stronger mind and a stronger body along with a deeper awareness, we start to accept our self and current situations and this turns into a deep gratitude in our heart and opens us up to experience more love in our life. As our relationship with our self improves from the new found acceptance from this growth, we can deepen our relationship with those around us and be open to forging new and great relationships in work and personal life.


Simply put meditation is raising the vibration of your body, low vibration we are depressed and in healthy high vibration we are joyful and healthy creating balance in our life. Other ways to raise the vibration of our body include singing, dancing, yoga, setting intentions, watching the sunrise or sunset and swimming in the ocean.


Synchrodestiny is also greatness from meditation. With the deep awareness that we gain through meditation we can start to see our life journey more clearly and use the power to create the life we wish to live. we are here to shine bright and let go of what is blocking that, what is blocking us from love. becoming aware through meditation we see clearly what we love and follow that, follow our passion and share what we love with the world. When we are open we become in synch with what is happening around us and for us. everything that is happening to us is either a lesson or a blessing. relaxing into what is happening to us as opposed to fighting it we can easily learn the lesson with huge gratitude and we can be more accepting to all the amazing blessings we are receiving and share that love with the world. when life is going well be grateful and share the love, when life is difficult as the question how is this serving me or what is this teaching me. There are various styles of yoga, some moving through the poses more quickly, almost like an aerobic workout, and other styles relaxing deeply into each pose
